Summer Dive Camps
All sports have to start somewhere!
Mountain Hart Dive Club offers two annual summer camps that help new potential divers learn the basics of:

Dive Coding

Numbers assigned to dives

Letters assigned to positions

Board safety and Etiquette

Meet layout and expectations
All levels are welcome for the camps but they are geared more towards beginners.
Learn How to Dive Camp happens each June.
Gear Up for School Cap happens each July.
Both camps are located at Dick Hewson Aquatics Center, 3 hours a day for a full week.
Great way to dip your toes in the water and see if you are ready for regular practices!

Learn To Dive Camp
Ages 8 - 18 Welcome!
Mountain Hart Dive Club presents our First Annual "Learn To Dive" Camp!! We are excited to share our love of Springboard Diving with our Community!!
Camp will include 5 days of instruction and a final Mock Meet where we will show off the skills divers have learned throughout the week with our families. Each participant will receive a swag bag and a pizza party at the end.
Participants will be required to provide their own swimsuit, dry clothes, and towels each day.
Participants must also be required to pass a swim test and must be comfortable swimming in the deep end of the pool.

Day 2 - Hurdles & Take Offs
Day 3 - Front & Back Dives
Day 4 - Inwards & Twisters
Day 5 - Meet Practice
Day 6 - Meet & Party
Gear Up For School Camp
Do you want to get some practice in before season starts to help dust off the summer cobwebs? Then let's hit the pool!!
We will be covering all of the 5 dive positions you will need for your upcoming seasons and have a Meet on the final day.
Participants will be required to have their own swimsuit, towel, and dry change of clothes. Previous dive experience is encouraged but not required, but this will be a fast paced program.
