Dreams are best pursued by diving in head first!

Our Springboard Diving training takes a different approach than most dive clubs. We believe that having many skill levels, and ages in one practice allows for divers to progress at their own pace. 

The one size fits all approach can leave some of the best athletes on the deck. The way we implement our training allows older and younger divers to learn from each other and be themselves. 

Your body is what controls everything in your dives. In order to really achieve your goals depends on the work you do in and out of the water. 

We start each practice with a dryland routine on the deck of the dive well. We also encourage divers to do at home workouts to strengthen your body, and visualization to set your mind up for success.

Belt training is the best way to get the feel of the flip you need for the dives you are struggling with. (Mainly Reverses)

We are currently working on getting our own belt spotting system set up. Eventually we hope to have a wet and dry system. But we are starting with a dry. 

Until we have our dry belt system set up, we will be setting up some special invite practices with our friend Kevin Sage, from Sagebrush Diving and Denver Public Schools. 

Kevin is one of our dearest friends, and mentors us in coaching. He has helps A LOT of very successful divers in his many years coaching, and we are so blessed he mentors us in everything diving.
